Women are invaluable to our work and serve as role models for new generations! From C Levels, Professional Administration, Project Management to Developers and every step in between, our company is stronger and more flexible because of their contributions!
This initiative arises thanks to all the mobilizations that took place in March for Women's Day, where we felt the need to show how at Commit we work every day to reduce the wage and employment gap between men and women, and above all, for gender equity within the IT industry. At Commit, more than 50% of the people who work here are women. We wanted to go beyond simply acknowledging our female leaders, so we asked them to talk about their experiences and share real-world stories about the people who helped support them and create the opportunities for them to pursue a career in IT.
