Over the years we have selected an international team of experts, united by the same intention: amaze our clients by delivering high-quality digital products that solve their business needs.
Each project is tackled with a small, dedicated team, built to fit the project's needs. Each team works on one project at a time to stay focused.
Our process
We are a company based on Agile principles. We follow the Agile Manifesto and usually execute sprints of 1 or 2 weeks long.
This is our usual workflow:Kick off
Right from the start we define “what”, “where”, and “when” we build. Our goal is to understand user’s needs, and establish objectives up front.
Definition
We work with you to determine the scope of the project: plan the features, eliminate potential errors and reduce technical debt.
Design
We answer 'how' we build the product. The solution is the most simple design for something to work very well.
Development
Build the solution. This phase requires multiple iterations to ensure that everyone stays on the same page and project runs smoothly without any issues.
Test
The goal is to guarantee that the solution is successfully built and meets all the requirements. After being tested and accepted, we move to the Implementation Phase.
